Credits

Fit-it uses consumable credit packs for eligible paid features.

For version 1 of the app:

• Credits are stored locally on your device
• App updates should preserve credits
• Deleting the app, reinstalling the app, or switching devices may remove unused credits

Purchase Issues

Purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit.

For refund, payment, or billing issues, Apple may require you to manage the request through your Apple account or Apple Support.

When contacting support about a purchase issue, include:

• Approximate purchase date
• Purchased credit pack
• Device model
• iOS version
• Description of the issue

Do not send payment card information.

Generation Issues

Premium Mode may use Firebase and Google cloud services for AI image generation.

Generation quality may vary depending on:

• Garment photo quality
• Lighting conditions
• Background clutter
• Garment type
• Selected pose

If a generation fails or produces unexpected results, try using:

• Better lighting
• Cleaner backgrounds
• Higher-quality garment images

When contacting support about generation issues, include:

• What you attempted to generate
• What went wrong
• Whether credits were used
• Device model
• iOS version

Camera or Photo Import Issues

Fit-it uses camera and photo permissions only for garment capture and import.

Check iOS permission settings:

iOS Settings → Fit-it → Photos
iOS Settings → Fit-it → Camera
